Dieunane Auguste (Dee), Co-Founder and Credentialing Manager at Premier Health Agency Consultants (PHAC), brings a wealth of administrative management experience spanning over 20 years.
As a seasoned healthcare professional and owner of a home health agency, Dieunane intimately understands the challenges faced by home healthcare agencies.
Her extensive background includes serving as a Senior Credentialing Specialist at Orlando Health, where she honed her expertise in prioritization, organization, and detail-oriented administration.

Dee's career is marked by her passion for serving others, exceptional ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines, and adaptive learning abilities. She has held various roles that highlight her focus on relationship-building and achieving set goals.
Fluent in Haitian Creole and possessing a working knowledge of French, Dieunane excels at communicating effectively across diverse populations, leading a culturally competent team.

Director of Operations
Roody Souverain is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in operations management, investment management, and sales strategy development.
As the Director of Operations at Premier Health Agency Consultants, Roody leverages his expertise to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
